Cancellation Policy

It is the suppliers responsibility to ensure that item/s are correctly packaged and safe for transit. Our job is to safely and professionally deliver the item/s to the address provided. Arriving at the pickup location or delivery location and waiting longer than 10 minutes will incur a waiting fee as our drivers are on a tight schedule that requires they can not spend time waiting at locations. If the items are not ready to be pickup when we arrive, you will incur a service charge. If the items are delivered but not accepted, we will charge a return booking fee. To avoid any possible confusion with the delivery process it is always best to require proof of delivery for your items.
